You earn 30% of the net subscription revenue AdRecon actually collects from each customer you refer, for as long as that customer remains an active paying subscriber. Commission is calculated on subscription payments only (credit-pack purchases are excluded), net of any discounts or coupons, and excludes taxes.
Commission is tied to active, paid subscriptions. If a customer you referred cancels, downgrades to a free plan, or otherwise stops paying, your commission for that customer stops at the end of their last paid period. There is no commission on periods that are not paid for.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed and clawed back from your balance, including from future payouts. A negative balance carries forward against future commissions.
Your participation in the program depends on your AdRecon account remaining in good standing. If you close, cancel, or delete your AdRecon account, your participation in the affiliate program ends immediately and all unpaid commissions, whether pending or available, are forfeited. If your affiliate account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these terms, unpaid commissions may be withheld.
Commissions clear after a 60-day holding period that protects against refunds and chargebacks. Cleared balances are paid monthly on net-30 terms once your balance reaches the $100 minimum, through Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) before any payout is issued.
You may not refer yourself or accounts you control, bid on AdRecon brand terms in paid search, spam, impersonate AdRecon, or make misleading or guaranteed-income claims. You must disclose your affiliate relationship as required by the FTC. Attribution uses a 60-day last-click window and is credited only for genuinely new customers.
You participate as an independent contractor. AdRecon may update commission rates or these terms with notice, and may audit traffic sources, withhold or reverse commissions for suspected fraud, and suspend or terminate participation at its discretion. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
